published in histoires des pages

it's been a while already, but i figured i never showed these 2 :). these have been published in Histoires des Pages in November 2011.

made them with Studio Calico kit Lawn Party. just a layout about me. to not remember when i'm grey and old what i was like when i was 36. journaling is in Dutch: 36 years, Arjan, Sanne, Ruben, blond -> red, scrapbooker, sewing, crocheting, Flow magazine, entrepeneur, pure, honest, sweet, big mouth -> small heart, extremely stubborn, clumbsy, emotional, dreamcatcher, REVolution, chocolate, laugh too loud, talk too much, positive, stayer, caring, creative.

 

and one of the dude who really cracks me up with his lyrics, dancing, and the love for the mirror :)

today: i was sort of recovering from a heavy dentist appointment yesterday. 2 hours on the chair for a 'complex root canal treatment'. i tell ya. heavy. she is the best though and really tried so hard to not hurt me. but after 1,5 hours i developed a huge headache with no pain killer treatment working. she decided to quit for now, it simply took too long already. we reschedule in a few weeks. so looking forward to that. not. but i'll make it. i've had gum surgery, jaw surgery so this must be like peanuts right? but i thought i need to make it somewhat positive so we went to see the Muppets the movie this afternoon with our very own muppets. they thought it was hilarious. i thought it was lame.

this weekend: i need to finish some stuff like layouts, an article, canvasses and a pattern for crocheting i've been working on. a trip to IKEA is thrown in WITHOUT KITS. that's like winning the lottery for me :). some grocery shopping, and i really need to be more friends with the couch and lay my feet to rest.

Aiaiai... die tandartsen worden stinkend rijk met patienten zoals wij Rev (ook parodontitis hè?) Ik ken het gevoel van uuuuren (en VAAK!) in zo'n stoel, de pijn is allemaal wel te hebben maar het is altijd weer zo'n inbreuk op de dag en een gedoe... en dan ook nog eens een kanaalbehandeling aan je broek hangen... grrrr... veel sterkte bij de volgende sessie!

I know what you mean with the dental surgery... been there many times!! Not pleasant. But what is pleasant are these amazing layouts. They are very inspiring - makes me want to try scrapbooking again. I forget that it can be about anything, not just big events, and this is so appealing! Love your work Rev.
