yes. SHE'S MINE. and her pattern is in Mollie Makes issue nr. 32 and my goodness that is crazy, isn't it? it was just 1,5 week before we went to Belgium, when i received an email with the GO for my idea. Mollie Makes had asked me to create something lovely crochet for them. UHM. HELLO. yes. they asked me, i fell of my chair and making hilarious sounds. Arjan rushed up stairs happy because he thought we won the lottery. well. i did. ha.
so i had about 10 days to write out the pattern, make some changes to make her real Halloween-y (the snake hairs! yes. i'm brilliant. that's what i thought!). and i had to make step-by-step pictures. so in those 10 days i was not the brightest & loveliest momma (am i ever? uhm. yes!). but the muppets totally got me. they knew this was so important to me. my little girl is going to be in a magazine. halleluyah. and in fact my first amigurumi pattern when i think about it.
interested in making this cute little Medusa girl with her monster friend? buy Mollie Makes issue nr. 32 and be so freaking happy.
on the agenda today: some serious stuff but don't worry, i've got my bestie with me and it's all gonna be okay. after that, tea, chocolate, crochet, hugs & kisses and you won't hear me.
life is good. crochet my medusa girl :)
